Who Knew?

So I downloaded the public beta of Safari 4 and I’m apparently enjoying it more than almost everyone else, as reviews have been trending slightly negative. But this very ambiguous distinction between the “Close Application” and “Close Tab” buttons (the latter of which you can’t even see until you mouse over it) is kind of bugging me.
