If you’re sure you don’t want to burn your textbooks in a burst of glorious vengeance against your academic drudgery, Chegg is The Best. This article describes them as the Netflix of textbooks, and I would have to agree: the ordering and shipping processes are equivalent in their simplicity. I rented a $135 textbook for a semester and it cost $40. It came in great condition and I got multiple emails and even automated phone calls towards the end of the rental period reminding me the book was due. Congratulations to them on the funding, they deserve it.
