Porn Industry vs. Piracy

The link leads to a G4TV segment - apparently the adult industry claims it’s losing $2B to piracy worldwide. The video’s a little frustrating because neither side in the discussion can really state their case - the guy selling porn doesn’t realize that copyright infringement can’t be applied to BitTorrent trackers in foreign countries and thinks that the Pirate Party rep he’s speaking to actually works for The Pirate Bay, while the Pirate Party rep doesn’t seem to really be able to clearly state his most compelling arguments.
