Who Knew?

Episode 1 will be out very soon, but, um, it didn’t turn out very good. It was intended as a Channel 101 submission but the exposition we needed to get through just couldn’t fit into a five-minute episode, so we ended up running through scenes at an unnecessarily brisk pace. Also, rather than assuming the authority of a finished project, the shoot took on the form of a learning experience: namely, us figuring out that we wanted to make a heavily scripted show that sounded entirely ad-libbed. Fortunately, we’re already working on the second episode, which I think I could actually be proud of if executed competently. The arc we’ve planned will take about four or five episodes in total to play out.
